Jacqui is an experienced, compassionate psychotherapist assisting people, for over 20 years, to overcome complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and other emotional and behavioural problems.

She offers a trauma-focused, collaborative, and inclusive approach, for individuals, couples, and families, tailoring therapy to each individual's preferences and needs.

    EMDR Therapy

    An evidence-based trauma therapy that works to process traumatic memories and negative self beliefs, so memories go from 're-living' the traumatic experience to be 'just a memory'. It does not require prolonged discussion of the trauma.

    You will be invited to talk about your current concerns, your hopes and expectations. We will discuss a treatment plan to suit you and we will begin by starting with some skills building to improve your coping in the moment, to help you feel more in control as soon as possible.
